Cancellation Policy
Caroline's Kitchens purchases food specifically for each customer. Customer reservations are in limited-capacity sessions. Cancellations may be made any time up to two business days prior to the scheduled session at no charge. For example, cancel a Friday session up to 5:00 pm on Tuesday. Customers are financially responsible for session selections after the two business day limit passes.

Re-Scheduling Policy
Caroline's Kitchens understands the busy demands on customers. Customers unable to attend at registered session, must call two business days prior to scheduled session to reschedule for another session. Missed sessions are the financial responsibility of the absent customer plus assembly fees.

Credit Card Information Policy
Caroline's Kitchens does not retain personal credit card information for the privacy of the customer. Therefore, the customer must enter it each time when reserving a session.

Privacy Policy
Caroline's Kitchens respects the privacy of its customers and therefore will not share it with outside parties. Customers register at Caroline's Kitchens site when first placing an order. At that time, the customer addresses are automatically added to the mailing and e-mailing list. Customers may request to be removed from the Caroline's Kitchens mailing lists at any time. Caroline's Kitchens will never share nor sell customer information for financial gain.

Nutritional Information
The nutritional information presented is estimated. Caroline's Kitchens cannot guarantee the exact nutritional content of each serving as each customer customizes their own meals.

Registration Agreement
All Caroline's Kitchens customers must agree to the following prior to preparing selections: "Customers will wash hands between assembling items. Customers assume all responsibility for transporting and storing of selections. All items will be kept below 40 degrees Fahrenheit while in storage. Items not being prepared within 2 days of assembly will be frozen immediately. Defrosting and cooking will be done according to label recommendations."

Private Parties
Have the place to yourselves! Enjoy the usual great service and fun atmosphere with the added benefit of treats. Groups of 8 or more use the facility exclusively. It's a great way to celebrate an upcoming wedding, host a baby shower, fill the freezer for a friend with a recent hospital stay, or get together with friends. Children Policy
We welcome mature children 10 and older. We know kids are more willing to try new foods when they can participate. They also feel a sense of pride in having contributed to the family. Sign up for our Sunday adult/child sessions and special dates when school is out and leave the mess to us!

Policy Enforcement
These policies, while rarely needed, help Caroline's Kitchens keep prices low by avoiding product loss and waste. Customers must observe these conditions before ordering, as Caroline's Kitchens must enforce them regardless of reason or intention. Caroline's Kitchens is grateful for your business and looks forward to serving you in the near future.

Assembly Fees
Caroline's Kitchens will gladly assemble your selections for you. Our assemble fees are as follows:
8 selections of 2/3 servings -- $25.00
8-14 selections of 4/6 servings -- $40.00
